Graham Oakes Ltd helps organisations untangle complex technology, relationships, processes and governance. We work with organisations such as The Open University, Council of Europe, Cisco Systems, Sony Computer Entertainment, Oxfam and Amnesty International to develop information management and customer service strategies, and hence to build systems which will support those strategies.

Our principal, Dr Graham Oakes, has over 20 years experience in IT, project management and systems engineering. He speaks and writes regularly for media such as the Financial Times, Free Software Magazine and Unicom Seminars. He also writes a regular column on Enterprise Integration, SOA and Web Services for EvaluationCentre.com, and is currently writing a book on Project Reviews, Assurance and Governance for Gower Publishing.
